War Eagle Bazaar

April 4th from 10am to 3pm.

Who can participate:

Acceptable Vendors: Artists, craftsman, crafter, sweet makers, jewelry makers and business

Limited Acceptance:
We accept a limited number of distributors such as and not limited to Pampered Chef, LulaRoe, Marykay….etc.

Not Accepted:
Wine clubs, any type of weapon. Anything that goes against the morals and value of Gibbs High school band.

Silent Auction:
All vendors are encouraged to please donate 1 item per booth with a minimum value of $20, that represents what is being sold at their booth. We request a photo of the item you will be donating and it’s value emailed 2 weeks prior to event.

Registration:

Applications and payment must be received by Monday March 23

All booths are $30 10×10 if outdoor or in the case of increment weather they will be 8×8 is indoor
Applications are processed on first-come, first-served basis.
Each vendor is asked to donate one item for a auction table
Bring your own table(s), chairs, and tents NONE will be provided by the school
There will be No electricity provided
An additional booth may be purchased for those with larger displays
Set up will begin at 8am. Please come in the vendor entrance and watch for runners because we will have a race going on at that time.
